Gal Szekely
Being Your Best

About the presentation: “Discover how to transform your negative beliefs and clear the path for success and abundance”. The key to success is transforming your limiting belief system and the stories you tell about yourself, which in turn affects how others perceive you. In this experiential talk you will discover your personal blocks to success and the way to break through them.

Do you feel stressed or worried about the future?
Do you find yourself ruminating over past mistakes, wishing you could have done something differently?
Do you feel stuck in any area of your life?
Did you ever tell yourself “I can’t do it anymore” or “it’s not the right time”?

These are all signs that you are being controlled by your negative beliefs. By learning how to let go of these beliefs and shift to BEING YOUR BEST you can:
Feel confident and relaxed in every situation
Create a strong positive first impression
Learn from mistakes instead of criticizing yourself
Trust your own intuition and skills

This is not a “quick fix” approach. This is about creating fundamental shifts in the way you view yourself and the world. In this session you will learn
What are your personal negative beliefs
How to indentify when your stories control you
How using the body-mind connection can help you release engrained patterns
The 4 step process for transforming your beliefs
